Kahshe Lake is situated in the geographic Township of Morrison, south of the Town of Gravenhurst, and east of Highway # 11.  The east end of Kahshe Lake is connected through Housey's  Rapids to Bass Lake. Click here to view area maps.

Surface Area 7.51 sq. km.  Mean Depth 4.9 m  Maximum Depth 21.3 m  Watershed Area excluding lake 32.6 sq. km. There are approximately 586 cottages surrounding Kahshe Lake.

Kahshe Lake has a small area on the south eastern main basin that supports Muskellunge.

The Kahshe Lake Ratepayers' Association works to protect and enhance all aspects of the quality of life on Kahshe Lake and its immediate surrounding and to provide representation for the membership to Municipal and Government bodies.
